更年期及绝经激素治疗对免疫系统的影响

摘要: 卵巢功能衰退是女性衰老的突出表现,女性将经历月经改变直至绝经,并伴随多种绝经相关症状。绝经不仅会对心血管、骨骼、认知产生持续不良影响,而且还会导致免疫系统发生各种变化。研究表明雌激素可以调节体液免疫和细胞免疫,雌激素含量和功能的失调可以导致免疫功能紊乱。绝经激素治疗不仅可以改善更年期相关症状,还可以改善卵巢激素缺乏相关的免疫衰老,增强正常衰老机体的免疫功能,提高更年期女性的生活质量。

Abstract: Ovarian dysfunction is a prominent manifestation of female aging. Women will experience menstrual changes until menopause, accompanied by a variety of menopausal-related symptoms. Menopause not only has a persistent adverse effect on cardiovascular, skeletal and cognitive functions, but also leads to various changes in the immune system. Studies have shown that estrogen can regulate humoral and cellular immunity, and the imbalance of estrogen content and function can lead to immune dysfunction. Menopausal hormone therapy can not only improve menopausal-related symptoms, but also improve ovarian hormone deficiency-related immune aging, enhance the immune function of normal aging women, and improve the quality of life of menopausal women.
