启阳娱心丹方联合艾司西酞普兰与单用艾司西酞普兰治疗女性抑郁伴性功能障碍的疗效比较

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的回顾性分析启阳娱心丹方辅助治疗女性抑郁伴性功能障碍的疗效。方法选取符合研究的女性抑郁伴性功能障碍的患者共62例,对照组(31例,艾司西酞普兰20 mg/d)和研究组(31例,艾司西酞普兰20 mg/d合并中药启阳娱心丹方),收集基线时及服药后第2、4、8周末汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)、女性性功能指数(FSFI)、治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定及泌乳素结果。结果分析显示HAMD、HAMA评分、FSFI评分及PRL测定指标在组别效应、时间效应及交互效应都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服药后第8周末研究组抗抑郁总有效率高于对照组(87% vs 62%,P<0.05);研究组性功能障碍改善总有效率高于对照组(65% vs 47%,P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(16.1% vs 19.4%,P>0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰合并启阳娱心丹方治疗女性抑郁伴性功能障碍的患者能更好地改善抑郁、焦虑症状,降低泌乳素水平,改善性功能障碍,无明显不良反应。

Abstract: Objective To retrospectively analyze the curative effect of Qi Yang Yu Xin Dan Fang on female depression with sexual dysfunction. Methods A total of 62 female patients with depression and sexual dysfunction were selected, including 31 cases in the control group(escitalopram 20 mg/d)and 31 cases in the experimental group(Qi Yang Yu Xin Dan Fang plus escitalopram 20 mg/d). The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14), sexual function index(FSFI), Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)and prolactin results were collected at baseline and at the end of the 2nd, 4th and 8th week after administration. Results Analysis showed that HAMD scores, HAMA scores, FSFI scores and PRL indexes had statistical significance in group effect, time effect and interaction effect(P<0.05). At the end of the 8th week, the total effective rate of antidepression(87% vs 62%, P<0.05)and sexual dysfunction(65% vs 47%, P<0.05)were higher in the experimental group than in the control group; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(16.1% vs 19.4%, P>0.05). Conclusion Escitalopram combined with Qi Yang Yu Xin Dan Fang can effectively improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety, reduce prolactin level and improve sexual function in female patients with depression and sexual dysfunction.
