摘要: 目的 探讨食管癌患者外周血红细胞分布宽度(RDW)检测的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析山东大学附属省立医院在2010年7月~2011年6月接受根治性手术切除的284例食管癌患者的临床资料。收集125例健康志愿者作为对照进行对比分析;采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)确定RDW最佳截断点,将患者分为高RDW组和低RDW组,比较两组间的临床病理参数;采用Logistic回归分析与RDW增高有关的临床病理参数;分析手术治疗前后RDW值变化。 结果 食管癌组患者RDW的中位数显著高于健康对照组(P<0.001);RDW与食管癌组患者性别、年龄、远处转移和肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05),而与其他病理参数无关(P>0.05);Logistic 回归分析发现高龄和远处转移与RDW升高有关(P<0.05);手术治疗后RDW的值高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义。 结论 RDW可作为食管癌患者临床诊断及病情评估的指标。
