冷冻技术在呼吸介入治疗中的应用进展及其并发症防治浅析

Application progress of freezing technology in intervention treatment of respiratory disease and preventive treatment for the correlated complications

摘要: 冷冻技术是在支气管镜下经可弯曲冷冻探头在支气管腔内实施的一系列操作,包括冷冻冻融和冷冻切除技术,具有效果确切、操作安全简便、并发症少、费用低等特点,在气道良、恶性病变以及腔内少见病的诊治中发挥着热消融等方法无可替代的作用。

关键词: 冷冻技术, 呼吸介入, 应用进展, 并发症防治

Abstract: Cryotherapy is a series of procedures carried out in the brochainal lumen with flexible probe of the bronchoscope, including frozen-thaw and frozen-excision.
