有氧运动对急应激暴露下CUMS大鼠的保护作用

Aerobic exercise protects rats with chronic unpredictable mild stress against acute stress

摘要: 目的探讨有氧运动对急应激暴露下的慢性轻度不可预见性应激(chronic unpredictable mild stress,CUMS)模型大鼠行为、内分泌、免疫功能的影响。方法29只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、CUMS模型组、应激加有氧运动组、应激加拉贝洛尔组。应激组采用21?d慢性轻度不可预见性应激造模,应激加有氧运动组、应激加拉贝洛尔组分别给予有氧运动和药物抗应激,造模结束后进行急应激暴露。以旷场实验评价大鼠行为反应,以放射免疫法测定血清皮质醇和IL1β水平。结果CUMS模型组大鼠行为学指标与正常对照组相比呈抑制性改变。有氧运动可改善应激大鼠行为学表现,并能使血清皮质醇水平接近正常对照组,且皮质醇水平较拉贝洛尔组、CUMS模型组升高。拉贝洛尔改善应激大鼠水平活动得分,其他行为学指标与正常对照组相比呈抑制性改变。血清IL1β含量各组无统计学差异。结论有氧运动对应激大鼠起到保护作用,且有氧运动对应激大鼠的保护作用比阻断肾上腺素能受体更为有效。

Abstract: To explore the protection of aerobic exercise on behavior and endocrine immunity in chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) rats exposed to acute stress. Methods29 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: the control group, the CUMS model group, the stress with aerobic exercise group, and the stress with labetalol group. Models were produced by a chronic unpredictable mild stress of 21 days. Aerobic exercise and labetalol were used for antistress. After the process of 21 days′ CUMS, acute stress was given. All the rats′ openfield activities were investigated, and serum cortisol and IL1β concentrations were determined by radioimmunoassays. ResultsBehaviors of the CUMS model group had depressive changes. Aerobic exercise not only improved the behavior of CUMS rats but also increased the serum cortisol to a quite normal level, which was higher than that of the CUMS model group and the labetalol group. Labetalol improved the crossings of CUMS rats, while other behavior indexes changed to the contrary. There was no statistical discrepancy of IL1β among groups. ConclusionAerobic exercise could protect CUMS rats against acute stress, which is much better than adrenergic receptor antagonist.
