Abstract: To establish a spatial semivariogram model of human population genetic structure. MethodsSpatial semivariogram models were set up based on genetic distance by analyzing the relationship between geographic distance and genetic distance. Results The spatial semivariogram model revealed the spatial genetic structures of a human population. Conclusion Spatial semivariogram models of human population genetic structure can effectively reveal the spatial structure of the population genetic structure.

Key words: Human population spatial genetic structure, Spatial heterogeneity, Semivariogram model
