摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨颈椎不稳对于黄韧带中转化生长因子β1（TGFβ1）、骨形态发生蛋白2（BMP2）基因表达的影响及其意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶联反应技术(RTPCR)对正常与颈椎不稳定动物模型的黄韧带中不同时间点TGFβ1、BMP2的表达水平进行测量比较。结果在不同时间点，颈椎不稳组黄韧带中TGFβ1、BMP2的基因表达较正常黄韧带组均增高（P＜0.01）。结论TGFβ1、BMP2在颈椎不稳大鼠黄韧带的表达在不同时间点有明显变化，这种变化可能在加速黄韧带的退变中起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of the unstable cervical spine on transforming growth factor-β1(TGFβ1) and bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP2) of the ligamentum flavum in rats. MethodsTotal RNA was prepared from ligamentum flavum of the experimental segment of different groups and the expressions of TGFβ1 and BMP2 was determined by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction using specific primers. Result The gene expression of the unstable cervical spinegroup was higher than that of the control groups in each time spots. Conclusion The expression of TGFβ1 and BMP2 in the ligamentum flavum in rats with unstable cervical spine is different by time spots, which may accelerate the degeneration of the ligamentum flavum.
