摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：进行中药降糖制剂掺入成分盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、格列齐特和格列本脲的鉴别。方法：建立HPLC和LC/MS方法，以保留时间、结构和分子量信息为指标，对样品掺入成分盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、格列齐特和格列本脲进行定性。结果：中药降糖制剂糖乐舒胶囊含盐酸苯乙双胍和格列齐特，克糖敏胶囊含盐酸二甲双胍、格列本脲。结论： HPLC法可同时鉴别盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、格列齐特和格列本脲，用于待测成分的初步定性。

Abstract: To identify glyguanid, phenformin,gliclazide and glyburide added into traditional Chinese medicine for antidiabetes. Methods: The HPLC and LC/MS methods were established and used to quantitatively identify the components of traditional Chinese medicines, Tangleshu and Ketangmin capsules on the basis of retention time, chemical structure and molecular weight. Results: Phenformin and glyburide were found in Tangleshu capsule, glyguanid and gliclazide were found in Ketangmin capsule. Conclusion: HPLC and LC/MS methods can be used to quantitatively determine the four above mentioned components simultaneously.
