经支气管针吸活检术的几个常见认识误区

Misunderstanding of transbronchial needle aspiration biopsy utilization

摘要: 经支气管针吸活检术(TBNA)是一种常用的呼吸内镜介入技术,广泛用于肺癌的诊断和分期,长期以来得到临床医生的充分认可。遗憾的是,在临床实践中仍存在不同程度的认识误区。为深化对该技术的科学认识,本文简要阐述该技术临床应用过程中几个常见的认识误区。

Abstract: Transbronchial needle aspiration(TBNA)is a common technique, being widely used in the diagnosis and stage of lung cancer for many years. Though it is appealed by clinicians, however, there are still some misunderstanding aspects in practice which affects its utilization. In order to deepen the understanding of TBNA, we briefly illustrate several common misunderstanding aspects about the application of this technique.
