摘要： 目的 观察负荷剂量瑞舒伐他汀对老年急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STiI)行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者血浆N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度的影响。方法 选取STiI 患者40例,根据服用瑞舒伐他汀的剂量不同,分为常规剂量组和负荷剂量组,各20例。所有对象于术前及术后2 h抽取静脉血,用于血浆NT-proBNP浓度的测定。结果 2组患者在术前CK-MB水平、术中放置支架数目、有无预扩张、有无后扩张次数、有无术后无复流方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者术前NT-proBNP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2 h,2组患者血浆NT-proBNP水平均高于术前(P<0.01),负荷剂量组NT-proBNP水平低于常规剂量组(P<0.01)。结论 PCI术后STiI患者血浆NT-proBNP水平升高,提示冠状动脉内皮功能受损。在STiI患者PCI围术期服用负荷剂量瑞舒伐他汀较常规剂量可抑制血浆NT-proBNP的升高,提示负荷剂量瑞舒伐他汀可以降低老年急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者死亡风险和心血管事件发生率。
