茶苯海明口腔崩解片的药代动力学研究

Study on pharmacokinetics of dimenhydrinate orally disintegrating tablets

摘要: 目的 探讨茶苯海明口腔崩解片的药代动力学。方法 选取参与受试的体检健康成年男性30例,随机分为2组,各15例,口腔崩解片组给予服用口腔崩解片,普通片组给予普通片。高效液相-紫外检测茶苯海明在血浆中浓度。结果 口腔崩解片组达峰时间(Tpeak),吸收速率常数(Ka),峰浓度(Cmax),延滞时间(Lag time)及曲线下面积(AUC)与普通片比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以普通片为对照,口腔崩解片的相对生物利用度高达180.12%。结论 口腔崩解片剂型能显著提高茶苯海明的生物利用度。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of dimenhydrinate orally disintegrating tablets. Methods A total of 30 healthy participants were randomly divided into orally disintegrating tablets group (n=15) and normal tablets group (n=15). High performance liquid chromatography method was performed to detect the plasma concentration of dimenhydrinate. Results Time to peak(Tpeak), the Ka value, peak concentration(Cmax), lag time and area under cuive in disintegrating tablets group were different from those in normal tablet group (P<0.01). The relative bioavailability of disintegrating tablets against normal tablets was 180.12%. Conclusion The bioavailability of dimenhydrinate can be enhanced under a dosage form of orally disintegrating tablets.
