摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨血绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)与阴道超声联合检测在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法 138例异位妊娠者行阴道超声与血β-HCG检测,手术完成后第4天与第7天再次检测血β-HCG,第10天再次B超检测。结果手术治疗103例,其中100例检测报告显示:3例有蜕膜组织,其余均有绒毛组织;患者手术后第8天的β-HCG恢复正常水平。结论阴道超声及HCG动态监测对提高异位妊娠早期诊断具有积极意义。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the transvaginal ultrasonography combined with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) detection in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Transvaginal ultrasonography and HCG detection were performed in 138 ectopic pregnant women before and after surgical therapy. Results Out of 103 patients with surgical therapy, 100 cases were tested with chorion tissue and rest 3 cases with decidual tissue. The level of β-HCG were back to normal level 8 days after operation in most of patients. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with HCG detection is useful in promotiong quality of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
