Abstract:

Objective       To investigate the risk factor of sexual activity after myocardial infarction to causes myocardial ischemia and damage. Methods   Choose 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) as the study group, and calculate their acute myocardial infarction sizes with the dynamic changes of creatine kinase MBmass(CK-MBmass)in serum. All the patients were divided into two groups A and B by myocardial infarction size.Discharged from hospital, they were examined the ST-T changes in sexual activity  by the dynamic electrocardiogram. Result      To calculate the acute myocardial infarction sizes with the dynamic changes of (CK-MBmass) in serum, A group is 32.2CK-MBmass-g and B group is 21.7 CK-MBmass-g.There was significant difference(P<0.01).To calculate the area of ∑T and ∑ST during sexual activity, A group is 5.6mm2 and 2.3mm2 but B group is 3.7mm2 and 1.2mm2.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion    If sexual activity after myocardial infarction can cause myocardial ischemia and damage is determined by the acute myocardial infarction size.
