Clinical application of selfmade control serum

Abstract: To explore feasibility of the selfmade control serum as an internal quality control. MethodsHigh level samples were added into the blood serum to adjust the requested concentration. Samples were conserved at -80?℃. One pipe of quality control serum was diffluenced at 37?℃ and detected with daily clinical samples. ResultsSelfmade blood serum was run on clinical system E170 (Roche), and its effect on repetition and stabilization of quality control serum was good. ConclusionIt is a feasible working frame to run clinical samples under the selfmade control serum.
