Relationship between time and concentration of Lacto-tinidazole after drug combination

Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To offer a basis for rational clinical use of tinidazole and to guide breast feeding to neonates. 〖WTHZ〗Method〓〖WTBZ〗The Lacto-tinidazole concentrations at different times after intravenous drip tinidazole (800mg/d) were determined by HPLC using the self-control method. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗Lacto-tinidazole concentration was statistically different among different patients and 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 18 and 24h（P＜0.05）after the same patient received intravenous drip of tinidazole after two or three days. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗Tinidazole can be accumulated in patients after three days usage. So it should be cautiously used so as to reduce neonates passive absorption.
