Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To explore changes of renal hemodynamics in type 2 diabetes with diabetic nephropathy before and after treatment with PGE1. 〖WTHZ〗Method〓〖WTBZ〗Diabetic patients were divided into two groups: the conventional treatment group and the conventional plus PGE1 treatment group. Blood flow of the renal artery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was determined by using Doppler color flow imaging before and after treatment. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗① In patients with diabetic nephropathy(Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ), the Vsmax, Vdmin and Q levels were significantly higher in the PGE1 group than in the conventional group(P<0.01), and the RI level was lower in the PGE1 group than in the conventional group(P<0.01). ② The response was the best in stage Ⅲ (P<0.01)and the PGE1 group was better than the conventional group(P<0.01). 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗PGE1 is effect in improving renal hemodynamics and the earlier the treatment acts, the better the response.
