Effects of photosensitizers on the tumor treated by laser

Abstract: To explore the effect of photosensitizers on increasing the photosensitivity of tumors treated by laser. Methods Cell dynamics was used to determine the different effects of the four kinds of photosensitizers on tumor cells. Results All four photosensitizers were effective in increasing the photosensitivity and the effects of Chlorophyll, 019, Phthalocyanine Ester and PHD were in an ascending order. Conclusion Photosensitizers are useful in enhancing the use of lasers in killing and inhibiting tumor cells and may serve as references for treatment of tumors by lasers.
