摘要: 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种慢性、复发性疾病,保守性手术难以治愈,因此,药物治疗具有重要地位,治疗EMs疼痛常用而有效的药物有非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)、口服避孕药、孕激素类药物、内美通或孕三烯酮、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)或拮抗剂及中医中药等。术后长期药物维持治疗控制疼痛和预防复发,近年来得到推崇并已经达成中国专家共识。
