子宫内膜异位症的药物治疗

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种慢性、复发性疾病,保守性手术难以治愈,因此,药物治疗具有重要地位,治疗EMs疼痛常用而有效的药物有非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)、口服避孕药、孕激素类药物、内美通或孕三烯酮、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)或拮抗剂及中医中药等。术后长期药物维持治疗控制疼痛和预防复发,近年来得到推崇并已经达成中国专家共识。

Abstract: Endometriosis(EMs)is a chronic and recurrent disease, and can hardly be cured by conservative surgery, so the medical treatment is very important. Many drugs have been developed for relieving pain symptoms associated with EMs, such as nonsteroids anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs), conjugated oral contraceptives, progestins, gestrinone, 山东大学学报 (医学版)57卷6期 -彭超,等.子宫内膜异位症的药物治疗 \=-gonadotropin-releasing hormone-agonists or GnRH-antagonists, and traditional Chinese medicine. Experts consensus has been achieved and published in 2018 in China on long-term maintenance therapy postoperatively to relieve pain and to prevent recurrence of EMs.
