摘要: 35岁后多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的卵巢储备较之同龄人可能有一定的优势。在行辅助生育技术(ART)过程中,40岁前的获卵数往往高于同龄非PCOS人群,40岁以后PCOS患者同样有卵泡质量及胚胎发育潜能不足的问题,对ART助孕结局产生不利影响。现有资料表明,PCOS患者在40岁以后的临床妊娠率、活产率与同龄非PCOS人群的变化趋势一样,同时其代谢、内分泌因素对妊娠结局的负面影响仍然存在。
