摘要: 目的 观察Cerec 3D制作的全瓷贴面修复前牙的临床效果。方法 选择32例患者使用Cerec 3D共修复前牙全瓷贴面62例,所有修复体均经过上釉和外染色处理。以修复后1周复诊记录为基线,每6~12个月复查,由1位医师按照改良美国公共健康协会(USPHS)标准对修复体进行评价。结果 62例前牙修复体观察时间6~33个月,平均观察时间 22个月。所有修复体的各项检查指标都达到了B类及以上,56例全瓷贴面修复体的各项指标均为A类,在观察期内未发现发生修复体脱落、破裂或继发龋。与基线对比,复查时没有发生明显的A类降为B类趋势。颜色匹配指标有6例修复体评为B类,主要表现为饱和度和半透明性上的差别。结论 Cerec全瓷贴面可以满足前牙修复美观和功能的需要,选择饱和度、半透明性正确的瓷块以及修复体适当的外染色均有助于前牙Cerec 3D全瓷贴面获得良好的美学效果。
