摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨Survivin抗原在非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP方法,检测Survivin在52例NHL及12例淋巴结反应性增生（RH）中的表达情况。结果：Survivin在淋巴结反应性增生中的阳性表达率明显低于NHL,侵袭性NHL表达水平明显高于惰性NHL。Survivin在非霍奇金淋巴瘤的表达与性别、年龄、患者临床分期、有无全身症状、患者淋巴瘤细胞来源、首发部位无关。LDH＜250U/L NHL Survivin 阳性表达率明显低于LDH＞250 U/L NHL Survivin阳性表达率。Survivin 阳性表达率＞25%非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者与阳性表达率＜25%非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者相比较，平均生存期短。结论：Survivin与NHL的发生发展有关,并可对预后判断提供参考依据。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the expression of Survivin in non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma cells with variable aggressiveness and its clinical significance. Methods: The SP immunohistochemistry staining method was used to detect the expression of Survivin. Results: The positive rate of Survivin in the reactive hyperplasia of the lymph node was lower than that in non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma. The positive rate of Survivin was related to the aggressiveness of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma, but it was not related to the sex, age, clinical stage, body symptoms, immunotype and initial organ. Different Survivin expressions were found between different levels of LDH. High Survivin expression was associated with low survival stage. Conclusion: Survivin may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and the progression of non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and it has positive effects on the prognosis of non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
