Abstract: Objective To provide reference for the clinical treatment of cases with MRKH syndrome-related abdominal scar endometriosis after inguinal uterine hernia repair. Methods The clinical data of a patient with MRKH syndrome-related abdominal scar endometriosis after inguinal uterine hernia repair and relevant literature were reviewed. Results After admission, the patient completed relevant auxiliary examinations, underwent laparoscopic bilateral primordial hysterectomy, right salpingotomy, pelvic adhesionolysis, transabdominal abdominal incision endometriosis lesion resection. After surgery, she received subcutaneous injection of leuprorelin acetate sustained-release microspheres of 3.75 mg for 6 cycles, and the effect was satisfactory. Conclusion For patients with MRKH syndrome, surgical treatment is feasible to improve the symptoms and quality of life. Pain associated with endometriosis may be relieved by surgical resection or destruction of the lesion, but lifelong management is required.
