Application of perioperative kindred-like nursing intervention on nursing-related management in operation room

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the kindred-like nursing intervention on nursing-related management in operation room. Methods A total of 600 patient undergoing operations were divided into control group (n=300, with regular nursing care) and observation group (n=300, with kindred-like nursing intervention). The complication, length of stay and satisfaction rate were observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complication and length of stay was lower, and satisfaction rate was higher in observation group than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Perioperative kindred-like nursing intervention can reduce the risk of complication and improve the nursing quality to patients with surgical therapy.
