Combination treatment of bisoprolol fumarate capsules and musa wilsonii in treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction

Abstract: Objective To observed the clinical effects of bisoprolol fumarate capsules combined with musa wilsonii in treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction(LI). Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with LI were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60) and control group(n=60)。Another 30 normal people were recruited as healthy control group. Conventional antihypertensive therapy including bisoprolol fumarate capsules were performed in both groups, and extra musa wilsonii was administrated in treatment group. Comparison was made in symptomatic remission、fibrinolysis and vascular endothelial function between two groups.Results the recovery rate was 96.7% in treatment group and 95.0% in control group (P>0.05). Levels of tPA, PAI, ET, NO and PGI2 in patients with LI were significant different from those in healthy controls(P<0.01). After treatment, levels of all indicators in treatment group returned to normal. but levels of tPA and PAI, ET and PGI2 in control group were still different from thiose in healthy controls (P<0.01). Conclusion Bisoprolol fumarate capsules combined with musa wilsonii is effective in reparing fibrinolytic system and vascular endothelial damage.
