Application  of  the endoscopic technique to cholecystolithiasis  and common duct stone

Abstract:

Objective     To explore the clinical value of the endoscopic technique in treating common duct stones after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods      Data about common duct stones in and after LC treated with endoscopic technique were reviewed and summarized. Results     Endoscopic technique successfully removed 100 common duct stones, and the total effective rate was up to 100%. Conclusion       Using endoscopic technique to remove common duct stones in and after LC, can prevent patients from undergoing operation once more, and it has the advantages of mini-trauma and quick recovery. Endoscopic technique is an important method for treating common duct stones in and after LC.
