Abstract: Objective To summarize the experiences in diagnosis and treatment of mucosaassociated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. MethodThe clinical data of 20 cases of MALT lymphoma treated in our hospital in five years were retrospectively analyzed. Results① Most of the patients were more than 50 years old, and the male patients were more than the female patients. ②MALT lymphoma had no significant characteristics under endoscopy. ③MALT lymphoma should be operated, and if patients lost the opportunity of operation, chemotherapy may used to improve their prognosis. ④The classical CHOP plan was effective and economical. ⑤A few ring cells could be found in pathological tissues and it should be differentiated with ring cell adenocarcinoma. Conclusion Gastroenterologic MALT lymphoma has no typical clinical symptoms but it is rising in recent years, so it should be taken seriously by surgeons.
