摘要: 目的 探讨成人脂肪细胞 β3 肾上腺素受体(β3AR)表达水平的变化及与体质量指数(BMI)的关系,为通过干预 β3AR 信号通路治疗肥胖症提供理论依据。 方法 纳入择期腹部手术患者42例,取脂肪组织,根据BMI分为超重组(25≤BMI<30)和正常体质量组(BMI<25)。通过实时定量PCR和Western blotting技术检测成熟脂肪细胞、前脂肪细胞中β3AR的mRNA及蛋白表达水平。 结果 超重组成熟脂肪细胞 β3AR mRNA(t=2.594, P=0.013)和蛋白(t=2.760, P=0.010)及前脂肪细胞β3AR蛋白(t=2.442, P=0.023)表达水平均低于正常体质量组。成熟脂肪细胞 β3AR mRNA表达与BMI呈负相关关系(r=-0.406, P=0.008)。 结论 肥胖前期的超重患者脂肪细胞 β3AR 表达水平下调,可能参与肥胖的发生过程。
