摘要: 目的 探讨人源性长寿保障基因2(LASS2)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 选取2011年8月至2013年8月结直肠癌患者85例,免疫组化(SP法)检测结直肠癌和癌旁组织中LASS2蛋白表达,术后随访,随访截止日期为2018年8月30日,78例患者得到完整随访,随访率91.76%。生存分析采用Kaplan-Meier法和Log-rank检验,患者预后的影响因素分析采用Cox比例风险回归模型。 结果 LASS2蛋白在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率(32.94% vs 78.82%,P<0.001)低于癌旁组织。LASS2蛋白在中低分化、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期和发生淋巴结转移的结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率低于高分化、TNM分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期和未发生淋巴结转移的结直肠癌组织(P<0.05);LASS2蛋白阳性表达组患者总生存时间(57.60个月 vs 28.47个月, P<0.001)及累积生存率(55.60% vs 19.60%,P<0.001)高于LASS2蛋白阴性表达组。分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移和LASS2蛋白表达是影响结直肠癌患者预后的风险因素(HR=0.134、2.907、2.478、0.476,P<0.05)。 结论 LASS2蛋白在结直肠癌患者组织中呈低表达,且与患者恶性化进展及预后有关,可能是结直肠癌患者预后评估的潜在生物标志物。
